Helicopter Twirls Wildly into Palm Trees at Popular California Shoreline
A chopper flying above a well-attended California shoreline abruptly commenced twirling uncontrollably, ultimately dropping height and plunging into a line of palm groves as onlookers observed.
Videos shared on the internet show the aircraft starting to spin over the beach then falling towards the perimeter of the shore, where it gets stuck between palm trees and a set of stairs near the coastal road.
Emergency Response Update
The Huntington Beach fire department stated five people were taken to hospital involving two individuals who were in the aircraft and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the crash on that day.
Three people on the road were harmed. Specifics on their condition were not immediately available.
What led to the incident was not yet disclosed.
